We are experiencing some networking issues due to our web hosting service with RackSpace, which is causing slower than normal load times. We are working on the issue and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. Sorry for the inconvenience.

**UPDATE:** The issues have been resolved. Please let us know if you continue to see any slowness with the ShiftNote web application.
