Not at all! ShiftNote is simply evolving. We are rebranding the application to ShiftForce to align with our company name and better reflect the powerful workforce management tools we’ve added. You’ll still have all the features you love, just with a faster, more modern interface.

Yes. Your security and data continuity are our top priorities. All of your historical logs, schedules, employee information, and settings will automatically transition to the new ShiftForce platform. You won’t need to move a single file or re-enter any information.

No. You can continue to use your current ShiftNote credentials to log into ShiftForce. Once the update goes live, your existing username and password will work seamlessly on the new interface. Somewhere else

The update to ShiftForce will not affect your current pricing or billing cycle. You are getting an upgraded experience and new features as part of our commitment to providing the best value in shift management.

Web Users: The update will happen automatically. The next time you visit the site after the launch date, you will see the new ShiftForce branding.

Mobile Users: Depending on your device settings, the app will either update automatically or you will see an "Update" button in the App Store or Google Play Store.

While the interface has a fresh new look, we’ve kept the core workflows, like the Daily Log and Scheduler, intuitive and familiar. Most people find they can make the transition to ShiftForce without any formal training. We will also have a "What's New" guided tour available inside the app on launch day to help everyone get acclimated.
